Which models do you cover?

iPhone Leather Cases: from iPhone 7 to the latest models, iPhone Air included.

iPhone Cases: from iPhone 11 to the latest models, iPhone Air included.

AirPods Leather Cases: AirPods 1 to 5 and AirPods Pro 1 to 3.

How do I add my initials or name?

iPhone Leather Cases: under “Put your name on it”, choose “Gold embossed initials” or “Debossed initials (no gold)”, then type up to 6 characters. They're pressed in classic serif capitals. Prefer it plain? Choose “No personalisation”.

AirPods Leather Cases: choose “Gold ring - gold embossed initials” or “Black ring - debossed initials (no gold)”, then type up to 6 characters. For a plain case, choose “Gold ring - no personalisation” or “Black ring - no personalisation”.

iPhone Cases: choose “Add name or initials” and type up to 10 characters: we print them into the design. Prefer the design on its own? Choose “No personalisation”.

When will my order arrive?

Every case is made to order in our Bristol studio and dispatched in 1-2 working days. Royal Mail then delivers it tracked in 1-3 working days, depending on the service you choose at checkout. Free delivery over £45.

Can I return a personalised case?

Yes, and we know that's rare. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, personalised or not. And if we ever get your personalisation wrong, we'll remake your case free of charge: just email a photo to hello@tiritacase.com. See our refund policy for the details.

How does the two for £39.90 offer work?

Add any two cases and the pair is £39.90 in your basket, no code needed. Mix colours, models, designs and initials across iPhone and AirPods cases. It repeats too, so four cases are £79.80.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every case bought on tiritacase.com has a 6-month warranty. If something isn't right with how it was made, email a photo and your order number to hello@tiritacase.com and we'll replace it free of charge.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Every case arrives ready to give, with no prices in the parcel. Add a gift message in the order notes in your basket and we'll include it.

How do I care for my case?

Leather: treat it like a good handbag. A slightly damp, soft cloth lifts everyday marks (alcohol-free baby wipes work a treat), and keep it away from perfume, oils and harsh cleaners.

iPhone Cases: a damp, soft cloth is all they need. Keep them away from solvents and anything abrasive, which can dull the print.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Email hello@tiritacase.com as soon as you can and we'll update it. Once it's with Royal Mail, we can't redirect it.
