How do I add my initials or name?
Easy. On every product page you'll find a personalisation field — type in what you'd like embossed, up to 10 characters, in capitals or lowercase (or a mix, it's your case). Prefer it plain? Personalisation is optional, so you can leave the field empty and keep it minimal.
How long until my order ships?
Every case is hand-embossed to order in our Bristol studio, so give us 1-2 working days to make yours. After that it's dispatched with free UK delivery via Royal Mail 24, which usually lands in 1-2 working days. In most cases: ordered today, on your phone within the week.
Can I return a personalised case?
Yes — and we know that's rare. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, personalised or not. And if we ever get your embossing wrong, we'll remake your case free of charge. See our refund policy for the details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only. International delivery is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter and you'll be the first to know.
Which models do you cover?
Our leather snap-on and wallet cases cover iPhone models from iPhone 7 right up to the iPhone 17 range (exact models are listed on each product page). Our AirPods cases fit AirPods 1, 2, 3 and 4, plus AirPods Pro 1, 2 and 3.
How do I care for my leather case?
Treat it like a good handbag. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth, and keep it away from water, perfume and hand cream. Over time the leather develops a subtle patina — that's not wear, that's character.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If you're quick, yes. Email us at hello@tiritacase.com within 2 hours of ordering (or before dispatch) and we'll do our best to update it. Once your order is with Royal Mail, we can't redirect it.
My initials arrived wrong — what now?
If the mistake is ours, we'll remake your case free of charge, no quibbles. Email a photo to hello@tiritacase.com and we'll get a new one moving straight away.
