DELIVERY INFORMATION

Every Tirita case is made to order in our Bristol studio and dispatched in 1-2 working days.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout: we can't amend it once your order has been dispatched. Spotted a mistake? Email hello@tiritacase.com as soon as possible (within 2 hours of ordering, or before dispatch) and we'll do our best to catch it.

UK DELIVERY: FREE OVER £45

Corporate orders (printed with your logo) are charged £5.95 per order, or £9.95 from 1.5 kg, and are not included in the free delivery offer.

Your delivery is tracked from the moment it leaves us: we'll email you the tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently deliver to the UK and, for corporate orders, to the United States (see below). More countries are coming: join our list and you'll hear first.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If your order hasn't arrived or something's missing, let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll put it right. Outside that window we're unable to investigate or replace missing items.

UNITED STATES

Tracked delivery is $19.99 per order, with duties and import fees included, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. Prices on the US store are in US dollars and no US sales tax is charged.

Corporate orders (10 units or more, printed with your logo) are printed in 1-2 business days after you approve your digital proof and then delivered in 5 to 7 business days, tracked. A single sample is $2.00 delivery.
