DELIVERY INFORMATION

Every Tirita case is hand-embossed to order in our Bristol studio and dispatched in 1-2 working days. Most orders arrive in 2-3 working days.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout: we can't amend it once your order has been dispatched. Spotted a mistake? Email hello@tiritacase.com as soon as possible (within 2 hours of ordering, or before dispatch) and we'll do our best to catch it.

UK DELIVERY: £5.95, FREE OVER £60

Royal Mail Tracked 24 · 1-2 working days in transit · £5.95 per order, and free on every order over £60.

Your delivery is tracked from the moment it leaves us: we'll email you the tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

UK only for now. International delivery is coming: join our list and you'll hear first.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If your order hasn't arrived or something's missing, let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll put it right. Outside that window we're unable to investigate or replace missing items.
