Which models do you cover?

iPhone Leather Cases: from iPhone 7 to the latest models, iPhone Air included.

iPhone Cases: from iPhone 11 to the latest models, iPhone Air included.

AirPods Leather Cases: AirPods 1 to 5 and AirPods Pro 1 to 3.

How do I add my initials or name?

iPhone Leather Cases: under “Put your name on it”, choose “Gold embossed initials” or “Debossed initials (no gold)”, then type up to 6 characters. They're pressed in classic serif capitals. Prefer it plain? Choose “No personalisation”.

AirPods Leather Cases: choose “Gold ring - gold embossed initials” or “Black ring - debossed initials (no gold)”, then type up to 6 characters. For a plain case, choose “Gold ring - no personalisation” or “Black ring - no personalisation”.

iPhone Cases: choose “Add name or initials” and type up to 10 characters: we print them into the design. Prefer the design on its own? Choose “No personalisation”.

When will my order arrive?

Every case is made to order in our studio and delivered, tracked, in 5-7 days. Free delivery on orders of $89 or more.

What if something's wrong with my case?

If your case arrives faulty or we get your personalization wrong, email a photo to hello@tiritacase.com and we'll send you a replacement or a refund.

How does the two for $79.90 offer work?

Add any two cases and the pair is $79.90 in your cart, no code needed. Mix colors, models, designs and initials across iPhone and AirPods cases. Three are $109.90 and four are $129.90.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every case bought on tiritacase.com has a 6-month warranty. If something isn't right with how it was made, email a photo and your order number to hello@tiritacase.com and we'll replace it free of charge.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Every case arrives ready to give, with no prices in the package. Add a gift message in the order notes in your cart and we'll include it.

How do I care for my case?

Leather: treat it like a good handbag. A slightly damp, soft cloth lifts everyday marks (alcohol-free baby wipes work great), and keep it away from perfume, oils and harsh cleaners.

iPhone Cases: a damp, soft cloth is all they need. Keep them away from solvents and anything abrasive, which can dull the print.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email hello@tiritacase.com as soon as you can and we'll update it. Once your order has shipped, we can't redirect it.
