Shipping policy

DELIVERY TO THE UNITED STATES

Corporate orders (10 units or more, printed with your logo) are printed in 1-2 business days after you approve your digital proof and then delivered in 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Delivery is $19.99 per order, with duties and import fees included, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. A single sample is $2.00 delivery.

Prices are in US dollars and no US sales tax is charged. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Business days are Monday to Friday.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout: the carrier needs a phone number for duties-paid delivery and we cannot amend the address once your order has shipped. Spotted a mistake? Email hello@tiritacase.com as soon as possible.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, or something is missing, let us know within 7 days and we will put it right.
