international shipments are subject to custom duties / import taxes which must be paid by the customer.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If your order doesn’t arrive or is missing something, please let us know within 7 days for UK delivery and 21 days for Europe/International delivery of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you. if you do not notify us within 7 days for UK and 21 days for International we will be unable to investigate or replace any missing items.
